I had rotator cuff repair and I can’t raise my arm. With my therapy, I was able to raise my arm, not fully yet but I would say achieved a lot of improvement. Mike is hands on and his encouraging words helped me when I feel frustrated and discouraged. Sheniyah is great with scheduling my appoinyments.

Love everyone at jag pt in valley stream, so caring and gentle. The front desk sheniyah and tatiana always makes sure I have my appointments and answer any question I have. I have been coming in for my knee and I have come a long way since.

I go to PT in the Valley Stream location and the entire team is amazing. I came to them as a referral from my new orthopedic because I was being miss treated and dismissed by a previous orthopedic and their PT office. I am so thankful for this and for Micheal he is by far so dedicated and professional and knows exactly how to treat you and to make you feel good. When I walked In there for the foreseeable first time I could barely move without crying in pain. Today is about 6 weeks later and he has me feeling almost myself again. God bless this place.

My daughter and attend PT twice a week and it is a fun caring environment. They are patient with my daughter who has special needs and she loves both her therapists. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. One of the best places I have received therapy.

JAG, the Valley Stream location, is such a great place to go for your recovery process! As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with a warm, friendly smile, which makes it very welcoming from the start! ALL the physical therapists, PTA’s and PT aides are a part of the plan to get you healthy. The PT’s are very knowledgeable at their craft and they have such pleasant personalities! They truly listen to your highs and lows during your recovery and adjust your workout accordingly. And, this is BIG, they help you feel confident that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I would wholeheartedly recommend this facility and give a big thumbs up to all who work there!

I’ve had such a positive experience at this physical therapy office. Rai, Bhoomi, and Colleen are truly excellent therapists. They are knowledgeable, professional, and always take the time to listen and make sure I feel comfortable with my treatment. Each of them goes above and beyond to provide the best care possible, and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. Their dedication and genuine care make a huge difference in the healing process, and I can’t recommend them enough! I also want to highlight Rani, the tech, who has been such an important part of my therapy journey. She consistently guides me through my exercises with patience and kindness, checking up on me throughout each session to make sure I’m doing everything correctly and safely. She never just sets me up and walks away—she’s right there to encourage me, make adjustments if needed, and ensure I feel supported every step

I definitely hit the jackpot the day I scheduled my appointment at JAG Valley Stream. There are not enough words to express how great Jordan, Brandon and Tatiana are. From the very first appointment, Jordan my physical therapist took the time to truly listen, understand my concerns, and create a personalized treatment plan tailored specifically to my needs; and that is inclusive of the music playlist. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail are evident in every session. He explains each exercise clearly, makes sure I understand the purpose behind it, and always checks in to ensure I am comfortable and progressing safely. What really stands out for me is the positive attitude and encouragement I get from the team. It makes doing the hard, painful things so much easier. They make the recovery process feel motivating rather than overwhelming. I’ve seen significant improvement in my mobility, and overall confidence. I genuinely feel supported every step of the way.
